Turmeric: 1

Honey: 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon: 1/2
teaspoon
Ginger: 1
teaspoon
Black pepper: To
taste
Coconut oil: 1
teaspoon
Keep the milk on
low heat so that it does not boil. Add the above items one by one and keep
stirring the milk with a spoon. After mixing well, strain it and pour it into a
